This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use InmoPage, create an account, publish properties or submit an enquiry.

Data we process
Account and contact data, professional/agency information, property content, enquiries, security data, access logs and approximate visit-origin data. The original IP address does not need to be stored for analytics; an irreversible hash and approximate location may be retained.
Purposes and legal bases
Account administration, service delivery and publication of listings; enquiries and viewing requests; transactional email; fraud prevention and platform security; consent evidence; and legal compliance. Legal bases include performance of the requested service, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate security interests and consent where applicable.
Agencies and professionals
When a visitor contacts a listing, the data is sent to the professional or agency responsible for that property so they can handle the enquiry. That professional may act as an independent controller for subsequent commercial follow-up.
Providers, analytics and international transfers
Hosting, email, maps, translation and GeoVisit (OneBizness) may be used. On the landing page, GeoVisit loads upon access independently of optional banner preferences and may process the URL, referral source, device and approximate location. It is not inserted on listings, dashboards, secondary pages or subdomains. Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA, subject to applicable safeguards. Text sent to an external translation provider may be processed to generate the translation.
Retention
Data is kept while the account/service is active and afterwards for applicable legal periods. Security records and consent evidence are kept for a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance and protect the platform.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to inmo@onebizness.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Security
We use technical and organisational controls including access control, secure sessions, CSRF protection, attempt throttling, secret encryption and security-event logging. No system can guarantee zero risk.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Current version: 2026-09-01-v3.
